Only one exchange per order is allowed. Additional exchange requests may be declined to ensure fairness and operational efficiency.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof. HMDD will evaluate the issue and, if confirmed, will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to the customer.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return procedure after delivery. Shipping Costs
